President’s Report: Don Hoopes
* Still looking forland for a rec.
complex. Have a couple prospects and we
should
submit a request now at Rob’s suggestion.
* Artificial turf on some of the high school
football fields in the county was discussed
at the last Pres. Meeting. North Harford High was one being looked
at. Harford
County schools would pay half and Harford
County Gov. would pay half. The program
is for 2 schools per year for the next 5
years.
* The insurance price has been fixed for $3.50
per participant and would need to be
added to each program’s head tax. We will discuss this again at the next
meeting.
Treasurers Report: Russell Yurek
* Current net worth of $89,580.32
* All programs seem to be in good shape
* There are approx. 6 outstanding checks left
totaling approx. $500
* Russ made a proposal to make a new dept.
fund for future enhancements. Motion
was
passed.
Vice Presidents Report: Bob Astarita
* Bob made a suggestion to add a spot for
email on our registration forms. The
standard
form could be revised or we could create
our own.
