The North Harford Recreation Council welcomes you to our neighborhood. We are a non-profit organization whose main goal is to provide recreation leisure services to our residents. This is done in a cooperative effort with Harford County Department of Recreation and Parks and the Harford County Board of Education

General Council meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7PM in the Recreation office at North Harford Elementary School.
