Past, Present and Planned Activities

The foundation plans to award grants to middle school students, grades 6, 7 and 8, who believe and demonstrate the qualities of Caitlyn S. Vincent as follows:

1. A positive state of mind
2. Giving selflessly of one’s self
3. Compassion and kindness
4. Eager willingness to help others regardless of race, religion, or social status

The activity will be conducted by the board of directors with input from middle school teachers and principals in, but not limited to, Baltimore County, Maryland middle schools.

Activities include individual grants for qualifying students, funding for middle school activities such as principal’s breakfast for exemplary students, etc.

Activities will be conducted primarily in the Baltimore County, Maryland area.

Our activities further our exempt purpose by recognizing and rewarding middle school students who exhibit positive leadership and life qualities and encourage them to higher purposes.

Our activity is funded by donations from the general public, businesses and corporations.
